On your SOLO proposal you can find the yearly system production on page 2. right bottom side. Yes, we offer a 25-year linear production warranty with an output loss of 0.7% each year ex. after 20 years the system will lose 14% of its 100% production this means the solar system will still produce 86% output production.
Will my system be net-metered? How will I be compensated for excess electricity generated by the system?
Yes, we enroll all of our customers into the Net Metering program with the Electric Company, the excess electricity that your system will produce (overproduction) gets paid by the Electric Company back to your leftover Energy Bill, during the day your system will overproduce & during the night you pull electricity from the Electric Company.

Will the lender place a lien on my home? Will the lender place a lien on my system?
The finance company will secure your Solar Loan through a lien on the solar equipment itself by filing a UCC-1, or Uniform Commercial Code Financing Statement, and county fixture filing. The filings are not a lien against your home, so we do not hold any formal position in your home (first, second, or otherwise). You will, however, find a UCC-1 fixture filing on the title of your property. Finance company file UCC-1 and county fixture filings to protect the bank rights as the financier of the system. If for whatever reason your mortgage on the real property forecloses on your home, the UCC-1 filing protects the finance company security interest in the system, while preventing your mortgage lender from taking ownership of it.
What happens if I want to refinance my mortgage?
Finance company may agree to lift their UCC-1 and county fixture filing on the Solar Equipment for a limited period provided we will be able to refile upon closing of the mortgage refinancing.
What happens if I wish to pay off the financing early?
There is no penalty to pay off the system early.
What are my options when I sell my home?
You have two options: In many cases, homeowners choose to pay off the remaining balance of the bank loan through the sale of their home. However, if the new homeowner wishes to assume the loan, he/she must apply to qualify for a bank loan. If the new homeowner is approved, then he/she assumes full responsibility of the loan. If he/she is not approved, then you must pay off the remaining balance of the bank loan
